We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note: Products are shipped directly from our trusted New Zealand supplier partners. Returns must be coordinated through us first to ensure proper processing.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@everydaynz.nz. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address based on your product and supplier. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we'll cover the cost of return shipping. If you've changed your mind or ordered incorrectly, return shipping is at your cost.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products, and opened personal care items such as beauty products or supplements. We also cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards. Get in touch if you're unsure about your specific item.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
