Shipping Policy

Overview All products sold through Everyday NZ are fulfilled and shipped directly from our trusted New Zealand-based supplier partners. This means your order may arrive in multiple shipments if you've purchased products from different suppliers.

Shipping Within New Zealand We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand only.

Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product and your location:

  • North Island: Typically 3-7 business days
  • South Island: Typically 4-8 business days
  • Rural areas: May take an additional 1-3 business days

These are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, extreme weather, or public holidays.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the products in your cart.

Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.

Tracking Your Order Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please note that not all suppliers provide tracking for every delivery method.

Multiple Shipments If you order products from multiple suppliers, your items may arrive in separate packages at different times, each with their own tracking number.

Delivery Issues If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@everydaynz.nz and we'll follow up with our supplier partners.

Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses, courier disruptions, or extreme weather events.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs will be at your expense.

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers Some products may not be deliverable to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. Please provide a physical street address where possible.
